Accreditation is essential
In order to join ABLS a provider must be accredited by a scheme recognised by the Home Office (UK Government).
Quality Assurance
ABLS understands that students and agents need genuine quality assurance. With that objective the Association has formed a partnership with The Accreditation Body for Language Services Ltd. This body offers a professional and independent accreditation service which the industry and students can trust.
The Accreditation Body for Language Services
- provides an independent inspection service which is recognised as efficient and is endorsed by the Home Office (UK Government)
- is a completely independent limited company which provides an inspection service for a diverse range of English language providers
- constantly reviews inspection criteria
- recruits qualified and experienced inspectors
- implements a planned programme of 4-yearly inspections to ensure that the quality assurance criteria are strictly adhered to
